The short version
This website doesn't use accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or ad trackers. Images you use in our design studio never leave your device. We only get personal data when you contact us or buy from us.

Visiting this website
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. These logs are kept for a short time and aren't used to identify or profile you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
The design studio
When you upload an image in the studio, it's processed entirely in your browser. It isn't sent to us or stored anywhere. We only see your design if you send it to us yourself.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, email or call us, we receive what you share: for example your name, phone number, email address, messages and any images. We use it to answer you and to make and deliver your order. Legal basis: taking steps toward and performing a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering questions (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We keep messages as long as needed for your request and order, and order records as long as Irish tax and accounting law requires. WhatsApp is run by Meta; its own privacy policy applies to the app.
Buying on Vinted
Purchases from our collection happen on Vinted, which handles payment and your account under its own privacy policy. We receive the details Vinted shares with sellers, such as your name and delivery address, and use them only to send your order.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your data. We only share it with services we need to run the business, such as our hosting provider, the delivery service for your order, and our accountant, and only as far as needed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, and to correct, delete or limit the use of it, or object to how we use it. Email info@inkobwear.com and we'll reply within one month.
You can also complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
